Kell safety Brian Randolph is inching closer to making a final decision. He has narrowed his options to Georgia Tech and Tennessee and he hopes to make a decision before the start of his senior season. The talented athlete just began spring practice and a slew of college coaches including a pair of Georgia Tech coaches have made a trip by his school this week.
