Valdosta (GA) Lowndes defensive back Geraldo Orta committed to the Clemson Tigers back in the first week of June. Since that time, Orta has reopened his recruitment in order to be sure of his decision. Orta visited South Florida recently to check out what the Bulls have to offer as a football program.
