Junior college cornerback Izauea Lanier admits he was a Vol back in December, but wondered if it was going to happen after going from being a midterm enrollee to needing an extra semester at East Mississippi Community College to finish up his course work. But Lanier is indeed going to be a Vol after committing to Tennessee coaches Monday night, citing their loyalty as a huge factor.
