Iowa a great fit for Ward

HawkeyeReport.com Four-star offensive lineman Ryan Ward gave his verbal commitment to the Iowa Hawkeyes last Thursday. So far, the 6-foot-6, 270-pound Ward has shied away from talking publicly about his decision much, but according to his coach at Providence Catholic High School, Mark Coglianese, it should be a great fit.
"I think that Iowa's going to be a great fit for him," said Mark Coglianese. "The Iowa football program is known for having a good offensive line and he's a big, physical offensive lineman. Plus, he's a Big Ten kid. His dad played at Illinois and his brother plays for Northwestern and now he'll be at Iowa, so it's a Big Ten family."
