Baltimore native Terence Garvin's recruitment came down to two teams, West Virginia and Maryland. But ultimately, Garvin spurned the home state Terrapins and has developed into a key cog in the Mountaineers defense.

"I really just loved it up here. The fans, the whole environment," he said. "Coach (Jeff) Casteel he recruited me and we just got real attached. I loved it up here, I felt this was for me."
