Hunter working to get back to form
Saturday for the first time since tearing his ACL at Florida last season, receiver Justin Hunter will be playing in a football stadium.
Hunter will scrimmage for the first time since the injury on Saturday. The junior will still wear a non-contact jersey and will get a very limited number of reps. Hunter wants more than a few reps, but more importantly wants more out of his injured knee.
"Basically, when I try to come out of a cut, it comes really slow," Hunter said. "When I'm against defenders it's hard for me to get open because they are all over me and I'm coming out (of my breaks) so slow.
"It was way easier before I hurt my knee. I know in the Florida game on the play I got hurt on, I got out (of my break) so fast. It's just different now than it was before I hurt my knee."
