For a summer-time project, I have decided to take a look at four recruiting classes in the 1990's and compare them to the last four classes the Vols have signed. But in reviewing some things from the 1990's compared to the last 12 years of Vol football. One thing jumped out to me that's been missing the last 12 years compared to the Vols dominant decade of the 90's.
