This past weekend saw multiple prospects, mostly underclassmen, hit Tennessee's campus for basketball camp. One player who made the trek down from his Chicago home was 2013 wing Alvin Ellis from De La Salle HS.

Ellis (6-foot-5, 185 pounds) was making his first trip to Knoxville and after the fact was glad that he put in the effort to get to camp, see what the Vols' program had to offer and spend some time with Cuonzo Martin and his staff.

At 6-5, Ellis is a big wing with a versatile game. Very capable of going inside and doing damage, he's the kind of physical player that Martin has certainly shown an attraction to.
