Vols embracing offseason work

VolQuest.com One year into the job, Cuonzo Martin has gone a long way towards establishing stability in a program that sorely needed some when he stepped into the fray what seems long a long 15-months ago. It's definitely not a stretch to say that his way of doing business is already ingrained in the minds of his players.
The only ripple in the program this offseason has been the introduction of a new Strength & Conditioning coach, Nicodemus Christopher, who Martin added to his staff in May.
Nicodemus, who Martin brought on board with an eye towards adding a comprehensive dietary angle to the conditioning program, got to spend the month of June getting acquainted with the team. The majority of whom were in town for offseason workouts.
