Hall hopes to go out on high note

By most standards, certainly by preseason projections, Tennessee's 2011-12 basketball season was a solid success. The Vols surprised more than a few observers by finishing second in the SEC's regular season during what most felt would be a rebuilding year under head coach Cuonzo Martin.

One person who not only didn't get a chance to enjoy most of that SEC season--and definitely feels that the Vols' left something on the table at the end of last year--is rising senior Kenny Hall.

One of the few experienced veterans on Martin's first team, Hall was suspended for 'conduct detrimental to the team' February and missed the final nine games.

Hall describes not just the suspension, but the experience of watching his teammates go on without him through the remaining schedule, was a complete and total wake-up call.
