With Tennessee already in desperate need for tight end depth, it's no surprise the Vols pulled the trigger Monday night and offered four-start junior college tight end Beau Sandland. The 6-foot-6, 250-pound tight end from Pierce Community College heard from Vols' safeties coach Josh Conklin Monday night letting him know of the offer.
