Butch Jones squeezed as much from his opening weekend as Tennessee's head football coach as possible since he was hired to helm the Vols' program on Friday.

Retaining only running backs coach Jay Graham from the previous staff, Jones has essentially filled out his inaugural Volunteers' staff, sources told VolQuest.com during the course of the weekend.

Jones quickly brought both of his coordinators from Cincinnati with, tabbing offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian to the same post in Knoxville. A former quarterback at Williams College, Bajakian also has a long track record coaching that position.
