Vols' Hall arrested for traffic violation
Volquest.com has learned that Tennessee forward Kenny Hall was arrested this week on driving on a suspended license.
It's unclear at the moment what, if any impact, the incident will have on Hall's playing status this week and going forward. He was previously suspended for a violation of team rules last spring, missing the Vols final 11 games of the 2011-12 season before being allowed to rejoin the roster this offseason.
Cuonzo Martin did not return a phone call seeking comment on Hall's arrest and possible discipline.
Hall from Stone Mountain, Ga. was coming off his best offensive outing of the season at Arkansas, scoring 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the floor. He has started all 19 of Tennessee's game this season, averaging 4.4 points and 3.5 rebounds in 22.9 minutes.
Tennessee (11-9, 3-5) next plays on Wednesday night, hosting Georgia (9-11, 4-4) in Knoxville.
