With his senior year of high school around the corner, Monarch (Colo.) lineman Levi Salmans
is looking ahead to the football season. And with another year of
experience under his belt, this standout is looking forward to the fall.

"We are not that big but I think we will actually do pretty good."

The Monarch team must prove that they can put the ball in the air.

"I think we have a few quarterbacks that will step up. We haven't
really done much passing in the past but we are putting in a new package this
year that is pretty much all passing."

Although the senior season is on his mind, Salmans is also keeping an eye on
recruiting.

"Wyoming and Sand Diego State have offered and I still get stuff from CSU,
Iowa State, Washington State, and Kansas State."
