Tennessee hasn't typically been in the habit of taking a lot of commitments from high school juniors, especially this early in the season. There are always exceptions to any rule, and the Vols' third verbal commitment of the 2008 class, and second in as many weeks, might be the most impressive yet. Linebacker [db]Austin Johnson[/db] of Hickory, N.C. ended his recruitment this past weekend by giving Phillip Fulmer a verbal commitment.
