In a matter of five minutes, Texas A&M rode the ultimate roller coaster of emotions as it appeared junior linebacker Mark Dodge had the game-clinching interception in hand just a minute left to play and nursing a three-point lead.

Two minutes later, the replay official ruled the ball hit the ground and the game continued. Four plays later, defensive coordinator Gary Darnell gambled on a safety blitz, leaving the corners in man coverage.

Tech quarterback Graham Harrell audibled and threw a perfect strike to receiver Robert Johnson who found a way to make the touchdown catch despite being blanketed by A&M cornerback Jordan Peterson, giving Tech the 31-27 win.

That final play and that final drive ruined what was a picture perfect second half performance by the Aggie defense that had a dreadful track record against Mike Leach's pass happy offense.
