Norman (Okla.) athlete Ryan Broyles was one of six official visitors at Arkansas this past weekend, and he came away impressed.

Broyles, 6-foot, 170 pounds, 4.51 seconds in the 40-yard dash, is being recruited by Arkansas assistant Gus Malzahn. Broyles has also visited Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Michigan State. He has a Jan. 13 visit set to Tennessee, too.

"It went pretty good," Broyles said. "I liked everything. Since it wasn't the season, I got to spend a lot of time with the players. My host was Carlton Salters. I connected some with Coach Malzahn."
