Vols remain in pursuit of Ohio's Ben Martin
Obviously to finish off the 2007 recruiting class the way Phillip Fulmer wants to, there are some priorities. One of those is closing the final month and a half with some defensive ends which is what makes Cincinnati, Ohio's Ben Martin important to the Vols.
Martin is done with his official visits and will only host one more head coach sometime in January. Last week, Tennessee head coach Phillip Fulmer made his in home visit with Martin in Cincinnati then went and visited with his mom in Indiana later in the day. Martin lives in Ohio with his brother, while the rest of his family is in Gary, Indiana where Martin was born.
Martin as also had in-home visits with Charlie Weis of Notre Dame, Fulmer, and Urban Meyer of Florida. Martin said Ohio State's Jim Tressel will likely visit with him sometime in January. But Martin is done with official visits and is trying to work towards a decision.
