The Boston College website is reporting that Tyrese Rice has been suspended for the first three games of the season for a violation of team rules. This means that Rice will miss tonight's game against CCSU and also the first and second round of the Preseason NIT.

This is the second consecutive year that Rice has been suspended during the non-conference slate of games. EagleAction will give more details if they become available.
