Sophomore fullback Austin Johnson was hoping he would get a chance. The North Carolina native had worked all week on what head coach Lane Kiffin said was a new wrinkle this week for a specific coverage that South Carolina ran. The result was his first career touchdown. In the secoond quarter, Kevin Cooper got his chance and like Johnson, didn't pass the chance to get in the checkboards.
