Another Tennessee coach has found his services very much in demand elsewhere.
Which now makes rising coaching talent Latrell Scott a former Volunteers assistant after today's announcement that Scott and the University of Virginia are entering into a new, two-year pact that names Scott as the Cavaliers' wide receivers coach.
