Franklin High playmaker Todd Campbell has been the talk of early 2007 recruiting across the southeastern United States. The multi-talented, all-state receiver, has a knack for making the big catch and several SEC schools have gone out of their way to make him their big catch of the early football recruiting period. Now, the 6-foot-1, 185-pound talent has decided that he is ready to make an official announcement regarding his future plans later on this week.
