Coming off their national championship, the Texas Longhorns have cleaned up in-state this year, all but locking down the best of the best from the Lone star State. The exception has been Tatum (Tx.) running back Lennon Creer. The four-star, Rivals100 member is down to a final five, with no in-state college included.
