Unlike a lot of years, a good chunk of the names at the top of Tennessee's recruiting wish-list are in-state prospects. One of those prospects is Memphis' Chris Walker, a four-star linebacker who has already made two unofficial visits to Knoxville this fall, including one last weekend for the Florida game.
