City College of San Francisco athlete Kenny O'Neal is taking the recruiting process slowly, but that's not an adjective often used when describing the former CIF 100-meters state champion. After graduating from Oakland (Calif.) Skyline High School in 2004, O'Neal signed with Florida State to play receiver. Although his time in Tallahassee was brief, O'Neal learned a lot.
