There hasn't been much drama surrounding Todd Campbell's recruitment in quite sometime. Not since the Franklin, Tennessee(Franklin High) wide receiver made his declaration to become a Tennessee Vol, nine months ago in fact. It also wasn't too long after his commitment that Campbell decided to make a difference for Tennessee's 2007 signing class as more than just a player.
