Cross solid to the Vols?

Gainesville, Ga. running back Imani Cross was the first commitment for Tennessee's 2012 recruiting class. Since he pulled the trigger in late February, other teams have made a push to get the talented tailback back on the open market. It almost happened, but after talking with Volunteer coaches and remembering why he chose Tennessee in the first place, he's once again solid.
"Some of the other schools are starting to contact me and I liked them," Cross admitted when discussing recent rumblings that he might be on the verge of looking around. 

"I liked their head coaches and those certain things. I was always totally solid to Tennessee, but I wanted to see what other people had to say. I'm still a Volunteer and I think Tennessee is building the greatest school in the SEC."
The program that seemed to make the most concentrated push for Cross was Virginia, but he's been contacted by multiple ACC and SEC schools. He reaffirmed his decision after thinking long and hard about all the positives that come with Tennessee.
