The Good: Collins flashed fine athleticism and graded out high in the physically demanding Big 12 conference despite a relatively short career. As a pass blocker, he is quick in his lateral movement, bends his knees well and displays good balance. As a run blocker, he can come off the snap quickly, lock on and sustain well in-line or out in the second level.
The Bad: He is still a raw lineman who did not start playing football until late in his high school career and started just two seasons at Kansas. There are several areas that need further development, including strength, overall technique and instincts regarding stunts and blitz schemes.
