Tennessee adds West Virginia OL
After visits to Tennessee and Florida State this summer, Huntington, W.V., offensive lineman Riley Locklear decided he had seen enough and chose the Vols over the Seminoles on Saturday.
Locklear gives the Vols a second offensive line commitment, along with Jordan Tucker, and could be the first of two West Virginia prospects Tennessee picks up in July. Huntington offensive lineman Billy Ross is also considering the Vols as North Carolina and Tennessee look to be the top two options for him at this point.
