North Kansas City HS head football coach Leon Douglas has always seen his role as one of a mentor that helps kids use the vehicle of football to help kids reach their goals. One of his players, defensive lineman Edric Hill reached one of his goals by committing to Alabama on Monday night. Coach Douglas has a process that he lives by that he wants his players to live by on a daily basis.
