As week one of the Volquest.com draft nears a close, it's back to defense for both teams as team Brice-n-Berry selects one of the best athletes to ever suit up in the orange and white, while the team of Rob Lewis and Brent Hubbs jumps back into the trenches and takes a dominant force in the defensive middle.
Here are the latest selections.

John and Paul's pick - Knowing we will be seeing Peyton Manning try and throw on our team all day, it's time to continue to add to the secondary with Eric Berry and we're taking Dale Carter.
The two-time All-American was an electrifying athlete from his safety spot recording five interceptions his junior season and four his senior season.
One of the most prolific playmakers the Vols had during the early 1990s, Carter was not only a force in the defensive backfield, but also was an extremely gifted kick returner, finishing fifth all time in kickoff returns for the Vols.
An added bonus, is career in the NFL as a cornerback, where he was a four time pro bowler for the Chiefs and the 1992 Defensive Rookie of the Year, gives us the added option of sliding him into the corner spot.
Team Brice-n-Berry
Al Wilson - lb (1995-1998)
Eric Berry - s (2007-2009)
John Henderson - dt (1999-2001)
Jamal Lewis - rb (1997-1999)
Chad Clifton - ot (1996-1999)
Dale Carter - s (1990-1991)
Brent and Rob's pick - As much as team Lewishub likes offensive weapons and there will be more joining our team, the fact is that controlling the line of scrimmage on the defensive side of the ball is key to winning. We certainly pushed the envelope in waiting till the sixth pick, but getting Albert Haynesworth a week into the draft is a steal for our squad. The NFL's 100-million dollar man is a dominant force in the trenches and that domination started his junior year at Tennessee when the South Carolina native had 20 quarterback pressures from his defensive tackle position.
Haynesworth finished with 15.5 tackles for loss and became a guy that teams had to consistently double team.
Team Lewishub
Peyton Manning - qb (1994-1997)
Leonard Little - de (1995-1997)
Shaun Ellis - de (1997-1999)
Carl Pickens - wr (1989-1991)
Jason Witten - te (2000-2002)
Albert Haynesworth - dt (1999-2001)
