IFM/PMA Camp to showcase TNs best

The largest consecutively running football exposure camp in the state of Tennessee is just around the corner, and it's set to boast the largest collection of major college prospects to date.
The InFullMotion/PlaymakersAcademy exposure camp takes place May 4 at Tennessee State University; camp founder and former University of Tennessee defensive back Buck Fitzgerald can't help but marvel at the growth of the camp, which is set to have attendees this year from California, Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Virginia and, of course, Tennessee.

"Originally, I started the camp about 5 years ago to help kids that were In Full Motion to gain more exposure," said Fitzgerald, who's worked with his parents, both educators, and Cedric Wilson, to help tirelessly grow the event. "It took off from there and kids from everywhere wanted to be a part of it.
"The attendance has almost doubled every year. Many great players like Tiny Richardson, I'tavius Mathers, Keenan Reynolds, Jalen Ramsey, Jack Jones, Dylan Jackson and Kyle Phillips received their first offers from performances at the camp. Now it's become a proving grounds for the best players in the area to compete."
Camp alums include a number of projected starters for major college programs in the coming season, such as potential Vols breakout performers Jalen Reeves-Maybin and Josh Malone, as well as reigning national champion and Freshman All-America pick Ramsey, among myriad others. Registration begins at 10 a.m. CT May 4, but more information is readily available now by emailing Fitzgerald at: bfitzgerald36@yahoo.com.
"Guys like Jalen Reeves-Maybin and Jauan Jennings, who are already established, have competed or want to compete to prove that they are the best in the area," Fitzgerald explained. "I think this year will showcase the best collection of talent yet. Most of the best players in Tennessee have committed, along with the top players in states like Virginia and Michigan. There will also be unknown players that will be discovered that will go on to be stars."
The camp features instruction from Fitzgerald, Wilson, myriad other high school coaches and even some former NFL players.
The 2014 lineup is arguably the fourth-annual camp's most star-studded lineup to date. Among those already confirmed to attend the camp, which will be held rain or shine because of the ability to utilize the TSU indoor facility, are:
Kyle Phillips, Jack Jones, Ugo Amadi, Gabe Angel, Cam Ordway, Garrett Taylor, Brian Cole, Andrew Wood, AJ Morris, Van Jefferson, Jacoby Stevens, Isiah Upton, Michael Perry III, Matt Williams, Donavan Sheffield, Dorian Banks, Josh Smith, Maleik Grey and others, according to Fitzgerald, all have pre-registered for the camp.
VolQuest.com will be attending the camp for the third-straight year and providing comprehensive video highlights, photos, interviews, stories and analysis.
