2-seed Tennessee basketball is set to meet 3-seed Kentucky for the third time this season.
This time, it'll be a Sweet 16 bout with an Elite Eight appearance on the line. Tip-off is set for Friday at 7:40 p.m. ET.
The previous pair of clashes both went the way of the Wildcats in the home-and-home SEC set. Here's a look back at those games.

Jan. 28 - No. 8 Tennessee 73, No. 12 Kentucky 78 (Knoxville)
The first meeting saw Tennessee fall at home to Kentucky. The Vols were within striking distance late but couldn't knock down open shots to stay alive.
Tennessee finished shooting 25-for-72 from the field and a brutal 11-for-45 on 3-pointers. It turned the ball over just five times, though.
The Vols won the rebounding battle 41-38. This included 18 boards on the offensive end of the floor.
Defensively, Tennessee held Kentucky to 50% shooting form the field and range. The Wildcats turned it over 13 times, though.
Feb. 11 - No. 5 Tennessee 64, No. 15 Kentucky 75 (Lexington)
With a chance for revenge on the road, Tennessee came up short. The Vols got within three points with two and a half minutes to play, but couldn't get any closer.
Tennessee's offense was a lot more effective this time, although it didn't get up as many shots. The Vols finished 23-for-54 from the field but struggled from range while shooting 3-for-18. They only turned it over nine times.
The battle on the glass went to Tennessee in this one, as well. The Vols won 33-26 while grabbing eight on offense.
Defensively, Tennessee held Kentucky to 50% shooting from the field and range. The Wildcats turned it over eight times.

As a team, the Vols shot 38.1% from the field and 22.2% on 3-pointers in the two games against the Wildcats. The result was an average of 68.5 points per game.
Tennessee won the battle on he glass by an average of five boards between the games.
It also held onto the ball while coughing it up for seven turnovers per game. The Vols forced Kentucky into 10.5 giveaways a match.
