Tennessee put on a dazzling display in it audition for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament at Texas A&M last Saturday.
Now the No. 5 Vols will look to further stake their claim at LSU Tuesday night at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge (9 p.m. ET, SEC Network).

Tennessee (22-5, 9-5 SEC) used a career performance from Chaz Lanier and some clutch shots down the stretch from Zakai Zeigler and Jordan Gainey to beat the Aggies and pick up it s second top 10 win.
The Tigers (14-13, 3-11) squandered a 22-2 run that put them ahead of No. 2 Florida at halftime, losing to the Gators by 14 one their home floor.
LSU remains a Quad 2 opportunity for the Vols as they try and bolster their resume for the committee three weeks out from selection Sunday.

-- Tennessee moved back into the top five of the Associated Press Top 25 this week, jumping one spot to No. 5 after its win over Texas A&M. The Vols are also No. 5 in the NET and KenPom rankings as it enters its final four games before the SEC Tournament.
-- Tennessee has two Quad 1 games and one Quad 2 game remaining on its regular seasons schedule. After the Vols play LSU, which is ranked 80th in the NET rankings and within the Quad 2 criteria, they host Alabama and go on the road to Ole Miss before ending their season at home vs. South Carolina. Tennessee might need to win out to remain in play for a 1 seed.
