Miles Kitselman caught two passes for 18 yards in two years at Alabama.
Heading into his second season at Tennessee, the tight end is getting early NFL Draft attention.

The 6-foot-5, 256-pound Kitselman burst onto the scene after joining the Vols as a transfer last season.
He totaled 22 receptions for 301 yards and four touchdowns, and by the midway point of the season was the headliner of Tennessee’s tight ends room.
Pro Football Focus took notice. The outlet named Kitselman as one of 10 tight ends to know ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft.
“Following a year at the JUCO level and two seasons at Alabama as a backup, Kitselman had a breakout senior year after transferring to Tennessee,” PFF’s Max Chadwick wrote. “He finished 2024 as the seventh-most-valuable tight end in the nation, according to PFF’s Wins Above Average metric, and ranks fourth among returning tight ends. Kitselman was also one of four tight ends in the country with top-25 PFF grades as a receiver and a run blocker.
“He hasn’t dropped a pass in his career and is capable of displacing defenders in the run game at 256 pounds.”
Kitselman missed the spring with a pectoral injury, but is expected to be back for fall camp.
His role is expected to increase, too after being granted a fourth season of eligibility after an NCAA ruling was passed in December that extended eligibility for former junior college players.
Kitselman will have plenty of opportunities to improve his draft stock in his final season with the Vols.
He will lead a tight ends room that includes redshirt-sophomore Ethan Davis, redshirt-freshman Cole Harrison and four star freshmen Jack Van Dorselaer and Dasaahn Brame.
“(Kitselman) always kind of been that guy,” Tennessee tight ends coach Alec Abeln said last month. “And I think for him (the injury) sucks, but it’s an opportunity for him to get his lower half where he wants it. And really be intentional with the young guys, where he’s not having to worry about his reps right now. He’s able to be in those guys’ ear the entire time.
“And can’t say enough about the way that he’s embraced the challenge of what he’s going through and just continuing to make us better.”
